We are sad to announce the passing of our beloved Diane E. Anderson of Jamison, Pennsylvania. She died at the age of 75 on January 12, 2024. Diane passed with loved ones by her side of multiple health complications.

Born in Seattle, Washington on June 17, 1948, to Harold & Deloris Frisby preceded in death. She married the love of her life in 1970 and leaves Donald G. Anderson, her husband of nearly 54 years behind. She was a long-time clothing and accessories buyer for the iconic Seattle Fredrick and Nelson’s department store.

Diane was an older sister to brother “Richard Frisby” (Maureen),(Zachary), of Federal Way, WA. She leaves brothers in law “Gary”, “Dennis” and (Jan), Sister-in-law “Sue” and (Ralph), brother-in-law “Alan” deceased, and (Lori), sister-in-law “Lynne” and numerous nieces and nephews including great nieces and nephews across the country and world on her husband’s side.

She and Don made their home in Bucks County 22 years ago. They spent time together in their favorite place Moab almost yearly sometimes twice yearly. She was a devout Christian, and her love of the Lord was shared throughout her family and friends. She was the glue that kept the family together, she organized the get togethers the game planning the all-around fun. She opened her home to her family with a welcoming heart and open arms. She and her husband attended a local church. She will be sorely missed by her family, neighbors and anyone she has come across. She leaves a legacy of pure love for our Lord and family.

The family will receive their friends at the Varcoe-Thomas Funeral Home, 344 North Main Street, Doylestown, PA 18901 on Monday, January 29, 2024 from 11:00 am – 12 Noon, with a service to begin at 12 Noon.

Interment will follow in Doylestown Cemetery.
